Project Overview
Blak Ink Interiors delivered the full cafe fit-out for Cohort Coffee Roasters at Crows Nest, within the same Sydney Metro development as the Elevate display suite.
Designed by Jordan Design Studio, the project took a bare cold shell through to a complete, operational venue. It brought together a full commercial kitchen and coffee program, marble and stainless steel counters, custom joinery and tiled finishes, all coordinated around services, extraction and accessibility requirements.
The result is a refined, fully operational cafe, delivered ready to trade from day one.
